This is the SFHAX The Workplace Community Preproduction System. Its intent is to allow you to try out under no obligation. Your information will be transfered to the Production System when the Production System starts and money changes hands. You will not be asked for any financial or personal information other than name, email, mobile phone number and general location to use the Preproduction System.

When Production System operation commences you will need to supply sufficent information such as leagal name and address, Social Security Number, Driver's license etc., required by law to be paid or invoiced. You will also need to supply information to verify your qualifications in the case of employees and verify your credit in the case of employers.

Warranty

NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED IS MADE THAT SFHAX The Workplace Community PREPRODUCTION SYSTEM IS FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, IS AVAILABLE OR OPERATES CORRECTLY.

Availability

The SFHAX The Workplace Community Preproduction System is generally available 7 days a week between 6 AM and 12 PM Eastern Time. During this period the may be down for updates.

Personal Information

The services offered require the collection of personal information. This information will be held in confidence except where specifically released by a member or is required to be released by law. Personal information is the property of the member. Only summary information will be released to other members who are not engaged in specific transactions and then only the amount necessary to complete the transaction. The SFHAX The Workplace Community is for members only and is not a public website.

Advertising

Because SFHAX The Workplace Community is a fee based service, it will not sell advertising on its sites or its membership list to advertisers.

Agreements

To become a member and engage in transactions where money changes hands a membership agreement will need to be signed. This agreement will describe the rights and privileges as well as obligations of membership.

Fees

Member services are either purchased or sold by members to each other, with SFHAX The Workplace Community taking a percentage of the transaction as its fee. This fee and how it is calculated is available to potential members when they request membership information and operation commences.
