Richard A. Cornell, B.E., M.A., P.E. Consulting Engineer/Economist

Mr. Cornell the founder of SFHAX The Workplace Community is a licensed professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in engineering and computer software design. He has filtered his experience in both profit and non profit enterprises though his education in engineering, management and economics to develop the economic concepts behind and the base process of SFHAX The Workplace Community.

Mr. Cornell has been engineer of record for commercial buildings, gas regulation stations and gas pipeline installations. He has designed a pressure regulator product line for a process equipment manufacturer. Software systems he has designed include: web based document and asset management systems that use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for several gas and water utilities; an asset/liability management system for a bank; custom sizing and automatic dial generation system for a manufacturer of a process flow meter product line.

Since 2013 Mr. Cornell has been working full time on the SFHAX The Workplace Community. He has designed from basic market based economic principles the enterprise level SFHAX The Workplace Community. His hope is that it will revolutinize how Employees and Employers work, bringing modern economic thinking to what is a non-transparent frustrating and in some cases unfair system providing an equitable disbrution of the fruits of labor and capital to owners, managers and workers.
